After working together on several projects over a couple of years, Rehbein Enterprises, Inc. and Syblon Reid, found that both companies worked well together, and Montcal LLC was born.
While Montcal is a relatively new entity as a recognized, formalized Joint Venture through the All-Small Mentor-Protege Program (ASMPP), Montcal has over 90 years of combined experience.
Managing Member, Kahneedah Rehbein was voted President of Rehbein Enterprises, Inc. in 2011. Originally a private contracting company, under Kahneedah's leadership, refocused the company on federal contracting, and the company has never looked back.
Syblon Reid is a renowned, well-established company since 1955. With a continued reputation of excellence, Syblon Reid's Vice President, Spencer Frederiksen was nominated as the team member to act on Syblon Reid's behalf for Moncal LLC.
